Refund and Returns


All prints, including calendars, are printed on demand. I personally see to it that every product that is shipped, meets the highest quality standards. As consumer, you have the right to return prints within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a (full) refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note: colors on screen and on print can look different because of their color scheme. It is also subject to the environment in which it is displayed and the person viewing it. Keep this in mind when ordering prints online. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable products (Presets, e-books, etc…)
  • Sale items

Damaged product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please let me know as soon as possible. I will evaluate the issue and do everything I am sure we will find a suitable solution.

How to issue a return

Send an e-mail to with your order number and receipt or proof of purchase. I will provide you with the return address through e-mail. Please do not return to the original sender, as this might be the printing company. 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return time and costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
